All Honors portable EV chargers are rated IP67 waterproof and IK10 impact resistant — designed to perform in both indoor and outdoor environments. IP67 means full protection against dust and water immersion. IK10 means the housing withstands heavy impact. These chargers are rated for -30°C to 60°C, but we test well beyond that. Every model goes through 48-hour chamber tests at 85°C and -40°C — after the test, the charger is unpacked and powered on to confirm it works normally. That extra margin means reliable charging in Nordic winters, Middle Eastern summers, and everywhere in between.
The connector pins are made from high-purity copper alloy with a silver-plated surface — delivering lower contact resistance, superior conductivity, and minimal heat buildup, even after thousands of plug-in cycles. Every connection stays clean, stable, and efficient for the long run.
The whole portable EV charger is flame-retardant materials — including control box, cable, vehicle plug, and wall plug, end to end. The housing is also UV resistant, it means prolonged outdoor sun exposure will not cause yellowing or brittleness.

All portable EV chargers come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Our defect rate is below 0.5%, as every unit is tested 3 times before shipping (aging test + functional verification). After-sales support includes remote troubleshooting (email/video), replacement parts or units, and firmware updates.
Yes — as long as the connector matches most of ev cars in the markets. Type 2 models cover all EU-standard EVs (Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, Hyundai, Kia, BYD, Volvo, Peugeot, Renault, etc.). Type 1 (J1772) models cover all North American and Japanese-standard EVs. GB/T models cover all China-market EVs. The charger uses standard CP (Control Pilot) communication, fully compatible with any EV onboard charger. We also offer adjustable current (6A–32A) to match different vehicle specifications.
For standard models with no customization, MOQ is just 1 piece — sample orders welcome. For free OEM orders (custom logo or packaging), MOQ is typically 50–100 pieces. For full ODM projects with custom design or firmware, MOQ is negotiable depending on project scope.
