The product supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, as well as the OCPP protocol (Open Charge Point Protocol). It allows access for up to 11 users, enabling users to set multiple electricity rate plans based on local pricing rules and track real-time daily, weekly, monthly, and annual charging records within the app. Additionally, it supports RFID card charging and allows scheduling of up to 3 different charging time slots per week—ensuring users can charge their electric vehicles at the lowest possible rate, save on charging costs, and eliminate repetitive operations.
In terms of charging performance, it supports a maximum output of 7kW for single-phase power and 11kW for three-phase power. Users can adjust the charging current to control the charging power and each adjustment changes the current by 1 ampere. It also features a wide voltage range: 110V-240V for single-phase power and 380V-400V for three-phase power.

We have two elements which decided the speed of charging, first is the output of the EV portable charger and second is the battery capacity of the car. For example, if we use a 7.6kw EV portable charger to charge a car with 80 kw/h capacity battery, it will take around 10~11 hours to get the car fully charged. Time=battery capacity/output of the portable charge.
Usually we do not suggest the users to use the portable chargers under the rains, because most of the IP level of the EV portables is under IP65, and it may leads water/steam/dust to get inside of the control box and damages the board. However, to use our portable charger will have no worries about using it under the rain, our portable charger is certified IP67, which means no water/steam/dust can get into the charger board.
As the technology is going more and more mature, more and more drivers choose portable charger as their car charging device for travel, work, and emergency use, etc. A portable charger comes with a Type A RCD as a standard configuration, which makes sure the safety of charging process. Our portable charger equips with Type A RCD + DC 6ma, which can avoid more electricity risks. However, if you need more functions like smart energy management and customize your charging, we suggest to use a wallbox for daily charging.
No, a portable charger can be used anywhere with a socket. When you use portable charger to charge your car, please make sure that the charger is not under the rain. Also please manage the charging cable properly in case leading any risk of tripping. We prepared a hanger to avoid this risk to happen. After done using the portable charger, we suggest the user can put the mobile charger back to the truck, also the user can storage the charger that the producer may prepare.
Firstly, we need to select the qualified products on the market, for example, portable charger needs to be CE certified in the EU market, UL certified in the USA market, and 3C certified in Chinese market. Second, choose the right standard of the plug standard, EU cars need T2 (IEC 62192, USA cars need J1772, Chinese cars need GBT, etc. Third, choose the right output for your car, if you are car accepts 16A 1 phase electricity, then you need a 3.4kw portable charger, if your car accepts 32A 3 phase electricity, then 22kw portable charger is a good choice.
